Product Overview:

•Extremely low initial resistance paired with high arrestance and extended service life.
•Higher dirt-loading capacity compared to shallower filters (e.g., 50mm), reducing
change out frequency and costs.
•Larger pleat depth (up to 300mm) maximizes effective filtration area for harsh
environments and high-airflow applications.


Frame: Metal (Galvanised Steel / Extruded Aluminium Section).
Filter Media: Opt 1: HLS: Nonwoven Fiber in a combination of polypropylene and polyester, backing with HDPE mesh or metal wire mesh.
Opt 2: MB: Synthetic (electrostatically charged) media, backing with HDPE mesh.
Maximum Flow: 1.25 X nominal air flow.
Air Humidity: 80-90% RH max.
Final Pressure Drop: x2.5 ‘Pa’ of Initial Pressure Drop (Recommended)
Temperature: 90 Degree C maximum in continuous service
Packaging: Biodegradable corrugated cardboard and recyclable plastic wrapping bag for weather protection.
